It was a huge setback for all Indians as the team India had to exit from the World t20 competition. India in this match had the best opening stand. Rohit Sharma looked in nice nick as the ball was nicely coming on the bat. Ajinkya played a nice role in between by ticking the scoreboard.
Rohit departed in his early 40’s and Virat came to the crease. Virat seemed to struggle in his early few deliveries as Windies missed two runouts occasion. Virat yet again showed his sublime form and scored 89 of 47 balls.
India was able to post a huge score of 191 asking Windies to chase 192. West Indies in reply lost early two wickets of C Gayle and M Samuels. It seemed like India had a grip over the game. As game progress hitting shots became easy as dew played its role in the match. India suffered in bowling and especially with No-Balls.
MS Dhoni seemed to run out of options as all bowler were getting hammered by oppositions. West Indies with the help of Lendl Simmons were able to chase the target.
Lendl Simmons for his 82 of 51 balls, was declared to be the Man of the Match. West Indies won the match keeping 7 wickets in hand.
