HOW TO MAKE RADISH GREEN FRY ( MULO SAK VAJA)




INGREDIENTS:

·       Radish with chopped green leaves.

·      Turmeric Powder

·      Whole Mustard Seeds

·       Green Chilly

·       Salt &  Sugar 

·       Mustard oil

·       Mustard Paster

APPLY

·      Boil chopped Radish with green leaves. Once boiled smash it.




·      Add Whole Mustard seeds and  Sliced Green Chilly in it.

·      Now boil Mustard oil.

·      Add Smashed Radish Green to the boiled oil.

·      Stir it to get a good mixture.

·  Now add Turmeric powder , sugar, and salt.

·      Stir it well.

·      Wait until its gets properly fried and boiled .

·      SOnce it gets fried the dish is ready to be served along with hot rice.    Enjoy 🙂
