11.  CUMIN POWDER

12.  CORIEANDER POWDER

13.  RED CHILLY POWDER

14.  GARAM MASALA POWDER

15.  BAY LEAF

16.  SALT TO TASTE

17.  SUGAR TO TASTE

 

FOR PASTE

BOIL KACH KOLA SMASHED WITH CHOPPED ONION , SUGAR, GINGER GARLIC PASTE, BESON RED CHILLY POWDER, EGG, AND SALT THEN AFTER THIS SHAPE WITH ROUND

 

APPLY

 

 ROUND SHAPE KOFTA FRY WITH HOT MUSTARD OIL, BOIL POTATO FRY,  THEN AFTER ALL PASTE GIVEN IN TO HOT OIL AND ALL FOWLLOWING MASALA ALSO THEN GIVE SOME WATER GIVE FRY POTATO GIVEN MIXED WELL PROPERLY THEN AFTER FEW MINITUES GIVE THAT KOFTA IN THAT GRAVY AND STIR WELL PROPERLY THEN AFTER THAT DISH IS READY FOR SERVE WITH HOT RICE
