INGREDIENTS:

  • BIULI DAL (Soak in water for 2-3 hrs)
  • GINGER  (Make small pieces)
  • WHOLE GREEN CHILLY
  • KALO JEERA
  • MAIDA
  • MUSTARD OIL
  • REFINED OIL
  • HING ( Asafoetida )
  • MOURI
  • SOUR CURD
  • SALT & SUGAR (for taste)
  • WATER

INGREDIENTS TO PREPARE PASTE:

  • SOAK BIULI DAL
  • WHOLE GREEN CHILLY
  • HING
  • MOURI
  • SALT & SUGAR
  • GINGER

Prepare paste using above ingredients

Step 1:

  1. Place a pan on the lighted gas
  2. Add little Mustard Oil allow it to boil.
  3. Add kalo Jeera and than pour the paste in the pan.
  4. Stir the paste untill it becomes dry.
  5. Unpour the paste from the pan.

Step 2:

  1. Take 3 cups of maida in a bowl.
  2. Add kalo jeera, litle salt,litle sour curd and water.
  3. Mix the proportion well.
  4. Once the proportion is mixed make small round shaped balls of the mixture.
  5. Take a single ball and spread with fingures making it a hollow structure.
  6. Add the paste in the hollow space and close the structure making it again a ball.
  7. repeat steps 5 and 6 until all balls are covered.
  8. Now its time to perform deep fry then in refined oil.
  9. Fry them untill the colour chages to goldish type.
  10. Now Radha Ballovi is ready to serve with Aloor Tarkari.
  11. Enjoy.
