·       + WHOLE CUMIN (JERA) = PASTE

·       TURMERIC POWDER

·       RED CHILLY POWDER

·       SALT TO TASTE

·       MUSTARD OIL

·         FRY PONA FISH

 

APPLY:

 

·       AT FIRST WHOLE CUMIN &

·       WHOLE BLACK PEPPER DO PASTE

·       TAKE KADRAI THAT PASTE,

·       TURMERIC & RED CHILLY POWDER

·       GIVE INTO HOT MUSTARD OIL

·       STIR WELL PROPERLY

·       FRY  PONA FISH GIVE INTO

·       THAT PASTE & GIVE SALT &

·       SUGAR & GIVE SOME WATER

·       COOKED FOR FEW MINUTIES

·       THEN AFTER THAT

·       DISH IS READY FOR SERVE

 

·       SERVE WITH HOT RICE
