·       ONION CHOPPED, MUSTARD OIL

·         GINGER & GARLIC PASTE

 

APPLY

·       CHOPPED ONION & GINGER GARLIC

PASTE FRY WELL PROPERLY IN HOT

MUSTARD OIL

·       ALL INDIAN MASALA,

THAT BLENDING MASALA MIXTURE

TOMATO SAUCE & SALT & SUGAR

GIVE INTO THAT KADRAI

·       STIR WELL PROPERLY

·       GIVE SOME WATER

·       THEN FRY BOIL EGG GIVE

INTO THAT KADRAI

·       COOKED FOR FEW MINITUIES

·       WHEN THAT GRAVY IS SOME THICK
